Lying. We all know it’s “bad,” but very few truly understand the full ramifications of lying.
To fully understand how lying impacts your soul, it’s important to know that when you speak truth and sit in your truth, that is the place where you are in your full empowerment.
Truth heals the soul and supports your being in feeling oneness and whole. Being truthful positively impacts your mood, mental health, emotional wellbeing, and spiritually supports your soul.
